Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hat's shape is protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
